Sebastian Pasinetti

Sebastian Pasinetti is a chef, writer and community builder working at the intersection of food, culture and care. A proud Queer man of Italian and West African heritage, shaped by a layered family migration story spanning post-war Italy, Ghana and Australia. His work is grounded in a deep attentiveness to people – how they live, work and connect.
