Estuaries & Panel

What Brings You To The Table?

Cocktail names, menu descriptions and brand fiction have become a tool for storytelling, but also for selling. What makes someone pick one restaurant over the other? How does strategy collide with temptation, and desire for both luxury and comfort. Where can writing for, and about hospitality take you? Hear from a panel of hospitality gurus, shaping the food culture here in Melbourne.

Food and drinks will be available for purchase from Lankan Tucker. Come early and get yourself a bite before the panel!
