Ismat Awan is an Australian-born Pakistani culinary creative whose work sits at the intersection of food, culture and storytelling. Shaped by a childhood in Timor-Leste and a career that has moved between Sydney and Paris kitchens, she brings a distinctly Third Culture perspective to everything she makes. Now working as a culinary consultant and strategist, Ismat helps brands, businesses and individuals build food stories that matter – across recipe development, menu consulting, food writing, edible installations and content production.
