Sarah Rosse is an author, speaker, journal coach, and mental health advocate from Gippsland, Victoria. Drawing on her lived experience supporting her son through a mental health crisis, Sarah is passionate about creating spaces where honest conversations can lead to healing, hope, and connection. She is the author of So, Who Are You Anyway? and volunteers with Kintsugi Heroes, facilitating community workshops that encourage storytelling and belonging. Through her writing, speaking, and 100 Conversations initiative, Sarah inspires others to embrace the power of sharing their stories and reminding people they are never alone.
