The Art of Repair: Finding Your Story Through Conversation, Memory & Memoir

Inspired by the Japanese philosophy of Kintsugi—the art of repairing broken pottery with gold—this interactive workshop explores how life’s challenges, transitions and defining moments can become the foundation for meaningful storytelling.

Unlock new perspectives and step away with fresh writing material, practical memoir-writing tools, reflective journalling techniques and a personalised story map to support future creative projects.
