Artist

Huich Goh

Huich Goh is a freewheeling, genre-defying violinist who thrives on improvisational playing. Her projects include psychedelic improvisation free jazz collectives like the Paul Kidney Experience and Star/Time, the metal group She Weaves Grotesqueries, and her own improvisation group, Sahul Sakti. Some notable artists she has played with are the Booker prize nominee Jeet Thayil (India), graphic artist Ari Jayaprakash’s Kuru Circus and Orchestra (India), and Yusupha Nghum (Gambia). Huich is often seen accompanying poets at Vibe Union’s poetry events.
