Georgie Fehringer is an MFA candidate at the University of Iowa’s Nonfiction Writing Program and an Iowa Arts Fellow (2020-21). Their writing has appeared in Black Warrior Review, The Chicago Review of Books, The Rumpus, The Cleveland Review of Books, TIMBER, and The Amistad. They live in Iowa City with their (very) clumsy cat Mushu.
