Broede Carmody is a poet from Dhudhuroa country in northeast Victoria. His first book, a collection of poems called Flat Exit, was published by Cordite Books in 2017. His second book, Shouldering Pine, was published in February. His poetry has also appeared in journals such as Meanjin, Cordite and Voiceworks.
