Nadia Niaz is the founding editor of the Australian Multilingual Writing Project, an online journal publishing creative work that combines multiple languages. Her poetry has appeared in Rabbit, Not Very Quiet, Peril, and other national and international publications.
Nadia received her PhD in Creative Writing and Cultural Studies from the University of Melbourne, where she teaches in the Creative Writing Program. Her creative and academic work explores multilingual creative expression, the practicalities and politics of translation, language use among third culture kids and other globally mobile cohorts, and the idea of ‘belonging’ in multiple contexts. |
