Program Launch: Good at Being Bad
Starting out as a writer can be exciting, confusing, laborious work, and we don’t always get things right the first go around. So, what would you do differently, given the chance? Get a taste of this year’s program as Ana Maria Gomides, Mykaela Saunders, Cher Tan and Thabani Tshuma hop into their respective time machines and talk about committing, recovering, and learning from a variety of literary faux pas. Join them as they share tales of their formative literary experiences and celebrate the ways in which they’ve grown.
EWF’s Artistic Director Ruby-Rose Pivet-Marsh and Program Coordinator Greer Clemens will also unveil the 2022 hybrid program, including some of this year’s festival highlights, to help prepare you for a winter of words.
This event will be live-streamed. If you are unable to attend this event in person, simply visit this page at the time of the event to tune in. If you wish to attend in-person, bookings are essential.
