Miranda Darling

MD is a writer, poet, and co-founder of Vanishing Pictures. She read English and Modern Languages at Oxford, then took a Masters in Strategic Studies and Defence from the ANU. She has worked on film scripts, animations, installations, documentaries, podcasts, and performs spoken word poetry. Miranda speaks 4 languages and has published both fiction and non-fiction books internationally: FIREWEATHER (Scribe) is her sixth book. While raising two children and a hound, she recalibrates in nature and is trying every day to make time stretch further than it wants to.
