Dominik Shields is a self-proclaimed creative crybaby – equal parts actor, author, and self-published poet with a soft spot for messy feelings and beautiful sentences.
She writes about love, loss, and that weird nostalgic ache called “home,” usually while nursing a black coffee and overthinking everything.
Based in Melbourne’s Northern Suburbs, she is governed by Raya, a six-year-old Labrador. When she’s not writing or performing, she’s buried in yet another new book she swore she’d only read ‘for ten minutes.’
