Alejandro del Castillo (1987) is a Mexican writer, publisher, and translator. Founder and head editor in Revarena Publisher. Author of the novel Irineo – awarded with the International Novella Award Rosario Castellanos 2019 and published by Cuadrivio in 2021. His first book of poetry, Residencia Permanente, published by A Voz Limpia, was partially translated into the English under the title of Permanent Residency supported by the City of Melbourne Quick Arts Response Grant 2021. He recently received the Graduate Tuition Fellowship to start a PhD in Creative Writing at the Department of Hispanic Studies of the University of Houston.
