AJ D’Costa

AJ D’Costa is a poet, artist & professional counsellor of Goan-Indian heritage. Playing at the intersection of creativity & contemplative practice, her work has appeared across various mediums, with features & performances in the Australian Poetry Journal, on 3CR Radical Radio, the Stellar South Asian Women Awards & Radio Laria Poetry. AJ holds deep appreciation for poetry’s therapeutic power as a communal practice, facilitating community poetry walks & workshops, alongside hosting the Spotify podcast Beneath The Words.
