Impermanently Yours: Poetic Therapy for Loss

With its ability to attentively bear witness to heartache, poetry can act as a medicinal companion through periods of grief.

Join poet, artist and professional counsellor AJ D’Costa for a poetic therapy workshop on writing loss and impermanence, with attention to the various forms they may be taking in your life. In community with others, you’ll be guided through creative group exercises, meditation & prompted writing to distill wounds into a medicinal elegy.

This workshop is welcome to all, regardless of your poetry writing experience.
